We’re happy to offer returns and exchanges within 21 days—starting from the date of purchase for in-store buys or the date of delivery for online orders placed on VeronicaBeard.com.

Please bring your original receipt, order confirmation email, or gift receipt when making a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition with all tags attached to be eligible.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or a Veronica Beard gift card. Please note: cash purchases are refunded to a gift card.

Items marked at **50% off or more** are considered **final sale** and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

For purchases made at one of our international locations, returns must be processed through the original store and cannot be accepted at stores in other countries. Please contact the purchasing location directly to begin your return.
