If you don't love your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 21 days of the delivery date for a new size/style or a refund back onto your original form of payment—minus a $15 restocking fee. Items must be in original condition, with no signs of damage or wear. Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for a return or exchange. Last but not least: Don't forget to pack the garment tags and poly bag! Please note that it takes up to 10 business days for returns to be processed and checked back into our warehouse. Once your return is processed, you'll receive an automated email notification that a refund has been issued back to your original method of payment.

Domestic Returns (U.S. and Canada): Exchanges are easy and complimentary. If you wish to return your item, we deduct a $15 restocking fee from your refund total. 

International Returns (Non U.S.): Please note, we do not offer international exchanges at this time; instead, return your purchase and place a new order. A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund total on international mail-in returns. Return shipping is dependent on your ship from location. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount upon processing. Please see below for some approximate costs.

Items marked final sale or personalized are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. No exceptions. Qualifying items are marked as final sale on their product pages, at checkout, and order confirmation email. Gift Cards are considered Final Sale and not eligible for a refund back onto the original form of payment. This return policy is in addition to, and does not affect, the separate legal right of withdrawal which is available only to EEA Consumers in some circumstances. Please reach out to Customer Service if you have additional questions or need help completing a return.

Please double-check your return before sending it back to us! Veronica Beard cannot be held liable for any non–Veronica Beard merchandise included in a return. Should a non-Veronica Beard item be received, we’ll reach out to let you know, but you’ll need to provide your own prepaid shipping label if you’d like the item sent back to you.
