To return a gift that you received from an order placed on VeronicaBeard.com, please find below steps to generate a prepaid shipping label:

1.  Visit our Returns Portal [HERE](https://returns.veronicabeard.com/#/).
2.  Click "Returning a Gift" under the "Submit" button
3.  Enter the requested information and select "Submit"
4.  Your gift return has started! Continue to follow the return steps and select if you'd like an exchange for a different color/size, shop for something completely new, or request a refund back onto the original form of payment. 
5.  Receive a prepaid return shipping label.
