Damaged/Faulty Goods

Veronica Beard is committed to an exceptional level of design and craftsmanship. All merchandise is inspected for quality prior to shipment; however, there may be rare occasions when a defective item is shipped. If you find a product that was purchased on VeronicaBeard.com to be defective, please contact Customer Service HERE immediately—include your Order Number, 2-3 images and a description of the damage. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 90 days of purchase. Please note that damages as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. 


Where possible, we may offer to repair faulty items, or an exchange for your item. Please be aware that if an exchange is approved, we can only replace it for the same product in the same size and color, subject to availability. If an exchange or repair is not available for your faulty item, a refund for the item may be approved.
